2. How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to you automatically via email.
3. How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipment updates.
Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update after the package has been dispatched.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Zenvyn Home ships to many countries worldwide.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Will I need to pay customs or import fees?
Customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
B. Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging

2. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide the following information:

- Photos of the product and packaging

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase, before processing begins.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
